Eligible Returns

Returns may be accepted if:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • The product arrived damaged.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

Return requests should be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Used or damaged items caused by customer misuse
  • Products returned without original packaging (where applicable)

Refund Process

Once your returned item has been inspected and approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.

Exchanges

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will arrange a replacement where applicable.
